All ok, nice clean room, breakfast ok. But why did I have to tell the room was already paid for?

very close to airport and tram / train station and still super quiet. rooms were comfortable, breakfast was ok didn't use the pool but it looked lovely and clean tram takes about 20-30mins into Nice old town and only 1.70 euro one way

Clean, cozy, stylish, full size bath in the bathroom, own swimming pool, good wi-fi. Tea and coffee are always available downstairs, they also have public microwave oven. Quite close to the airport (only 10 min walking), and Nice Saint-Augistin railway station. Connection with Nice itself is also very convenient from here, you can go by bus, train or tram. Nice botanical garden Park Phoenix is within 5 minutes walking.

Room is clean. Check in and checkout is easy. Staff is good and helpful. Breakfast is good but needs variation on other days or adding more cooked breakfast. The availability of water and coffee and tea is good.

Breakfast amazing, kind front desk, clean accommodations, very convenient to airport, tram, train etc, great value, nice pool. Only improvements? Better happy hour drink prices, more precise directions from tram.
